DESCRIPTION:Mayor Kay Pippin and the members of the City Council will proclaim the week before Field Day (June 20 – 26) to be “Amateur Radio Week” in the City of Jackson.  The City of Jackson proclamation will take place at 7 PM on June 7th. It will be held in the Municipal Court building\, 132 S. Mulberry St. in Jackson. The building is around the corner from The Mesquite Grill.  \nYou have to pass through a metal detector to enter the building\, even little pocket knives set off the detector. \n
